SECTION [X]: PROHIBITED CONTENT & RIGHT TO REFUSE

X.1 Acceptable Use Policy As a UK-based printing service, RovinaDesign strictly adheres to UK Copyright Law (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988). We operate a zero-tolerance policy regarding the printing of infringing or illegal content.

X.2 Prohibited Content List You strictly agree NOT to upload, email, or request the printing of any of the following materials. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains:

• Unauthorised Copyrighted Material: Famous characters (e.g., Disney, Marvel, Anime), studio artwork, video game graphics, or any other third-party content without a valid commercial license.
• Trademarks & Brand Logos: Logos, names, or branding belonging to third-party companies (e.g., Nike, Adidas, Gucci, Sports Teams, Car Manufacturers) unless you are an authorised representative of that brand.
• Illegal Content: Any material that is illegal under UK law, including counterfeit currency, official government documents, or content that promotes illegal acts.
• Hate Speech & Offensive Material: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Defamatory Content: Material that is libellous or intended to harass or bully individuals.

X.3 Our Right to Cancel RovinaDesign reserves the right to review all orders prior to production.

• If we identify content that violates this policy, we will cancel your order immediately.
• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• We are not required to provide a detailed legal explanation for every refusal; our decision to decline a print job is final.

X.4 Customer Liability By placing an order, you warrant that you have the full legal right to use all images and text supplied. In the event that [Your Business Name] is subject to any legal claim or investigation due to content you supplied, you agree to fully indemnify RovinaDesign against all costs, legal fees, and damages incurred.
